MOTIV

Technical & operational partnership

Build the system.
Buy back time.

Better systems. Less on your shoulders.
We help owners improve the operations and software
behind their business, so there's room for what matters.

More life.
Less busy.
A brighter tomorrow, by design
Who we work with

Owner-led businesses with a team.

Where we start

One problem worth solving.

Where it can lead

A partner for the long run.

A better day at work

Same hours.
More room.

The repeat entry. The missing update. The follow-up that needs another follow-up. Start with the work that keeps taking you away.

01 / A better day at work

It shouldn't all
come back to you.

The follow-up. The missing update. The same information entered twice. We work with you and your team to understand where things get stuck, then make the next step easier.

What keeps showing up?

A few places we can start.

The situation

A new inquiry.
Then radio silence.

An inquiry comes in, someone means to follow up, and a busy day gets in the way.

A useful first change

Give every inquiry an owner, a next step and a place where the team can see it. Connect the tools that help them follow through.

You become the route between every request and its next step.

Illustrative approach. Your operation shapes the solution.

02 / Your first move

Get clear.
Then get moving.

The MOTIV Operations Review

Bring us one part of your business that feels harder than it should. We'll map how it works, find the friction and define a practical first improvement.

Talk through your first step

We start with a conversation. Scope and fee are agreed before the review begins.

What you leave with

01

A clear picture

The workflow, the people and the tools involved, with the points of friction made visible.

02

A useful priority

What to improve first, what can wait and where your existing tools can do more.

03

A defined next step

A proposed first scope, how we'll check the result and what implementation would involve.

Already know what needs building? We can discuss a scoped project directly.

03 / Built for the long run

Start with a project.
Build a partnership.

As the business changes, the work changes with it. MOTIV can stay alongside you to make technical decisions, improve operations and keep useful systems working.

01

Understand the work.

Listen to the people doing it. Make the priorities, constraints and responsibilities clear.

02

Build what helps.

Improve an existing tool, connect your systems or build software around a specific need.

03

Keep improving.

Work through an agreed set of priorities, with clear capacity and regular reviews.

04 / A person behind the partnership

Good systems start
with listening.

I'm Dima, founder of MOTIV. I work with owners who care about what they're building and want the day-to-day operation to work better.

I bring discovery, systems design and hands-on implementation together. You bring the knowledge of your business. We get close to the work, agree on what matters and take the next step together.

A few practical things

Before we talk.

Is MOTIV a fit for my business?

We work with owners who have an operating business, recurring friction and a willingness to improve how the team works. A useful starting point is one workflow that keeps costing attention: inquiries, job handoffs, repeated admin or finding reliable updates.

Do we need custom software?

We first look at your existing tools and process. A configuration change, clearer handoff or integration may be enough. Custom software is an option when the work calls for it.

How is the work priced?

We agree on scope and fees before starting. A review or project has defined deliverables. An ongoing partnership has agreed responsibilities, capacity and a review rhythm. Our first conversation helps determine the right starting point.

Do we have to commit to ongoing work?

No. We can start with a review or a defined project. If we continue together, we'll agree on the next priorities and the terms of that relationship.

Can you work with our marketing team?

Yes. We can work alongside your marketing team on technical systems, integrations and the handoff from interest to action. Creative production and campaign management have their own agreed responsibilities.

What's taking up
too much of
your day?

You don't need a technical brief. Tell us what your business does and what's getting in the way.
